Principal's Message

Dear Saint Juliana Parent Community,

Have patience with all things, but first of all with yourself. ~Saint Francis de Sales

As we embark upon the Lenten Season, let us collectively cultivate patience and embrace the spiritual journey that lies ahead. In the spirit of Lent, I encourage each member of our community to dedicate time to nourish the soul through daily devotions. Whether it be scripture readings, prayers, meditations, or small acts reinforcing our faith, let our lives serve as a testament to our shared values. I invite you to join us for Stations of the Cross, presented on most Fridays by various classes. Please check the school calendar for details and actively participate in this meaningful community experience.

I extend my heartfelt gratitude to Brandy Martinez, Sara Aguilar, and the dedicated parent volunteers who are tirelessly working to make Fish Fry Fridays a success. Your active involvement directly contributes to the success of educational programs benefiting every child in our school.

As we approach the end of the second trimester on March 8th, I encourage you to engage in open communication with your child's teacher. Address any concerns or issues related to school work, ensuring a supportive environment for academic success.

Additionally, I wish to highlight some safety and security reminders:

·Morning drop off is a “kiss and go, high five and go, or a fist bump and go” drop off.

Please remember to be considerate of others who are dropping off in the morning.

· The faculty parking lot is not designated for morning drop-off or afternoon pick-ups.

· Parking across the street and picking up students from the school pose safety concerns; please

utilize carpool.

· Exercise caution and mindfulness of pedestrians as you navigate school parking lots.

Congratulations are in order for our Basketball A Teams, boys and girls. A big thank you to Coach Chris who took over the boys’ “A” and led the boys to the second round of the playoffs. The boys' team displayed competitiveness in the playoffs. The girls' "A" team, under the guidance of Coach Thiemann, concluded the season undefeated, securing the girls PAL championship. Congratulations, Lady Falcons!

May this Lenten period draw you closer to God and enrich your relationship with Him. “We adore You, O Christ, and we bless You. Because by Your holy cross You have redeemed the world”. Our Easter Break will begin on Holy Thursday, March 28th, with a noon dismissal.

God bless,

Dr. Manuel Gonzales Jr.
