Young Adult Readers Permission Slip

6th-7th-8th Grades

At STJ we strive to include a wide variety of high quality books in our library. Our library collection includes Young Adult/Upper Grade  (YA/UG) books and some of the titles may contain mature subject matter, i.e. strong language, graphic descriptions, et cetera.   Examples in the YA section include:  The Hunger Games by Suzanne Collins, Eragon by Christopher Paolini, and the Twilight series by Stephenie Meyer.

We encourage parents/guardians to determine the appropriate level for their student.  Parents are always welcome to visit the library and review specific titles.
