8th Grade Yearbook / Journalism-T 1:30 & W 1:30 Assignments

7th Grade Computer Class focuses on learning and practicing vital computer skills including keyboarding, word-processing, Internet safety, ethical and legal computer use, navigation of files both locally and in the cloud, research/information literacy and digital citizenship.  In addition, students will learn and be expected to use terminology related to basic computer knowledge and skills.  Tools used will include Google Apps for Education, Microsoft Office and other technology related applications.  We will also explore some basic coding skills using various programs. All classwork and materials will be distributed via the 7th Grade technology homepage and Google Classroom.   Required Materials:

• Positive Attitude
• Tech Folder (Username/Password Log)
• Pen or Pencil
• USB flash-drive (preferably on a lanyard)
