About the Principal
With great joy, I now introduce Mrs. Teresa Puccini as the next principal of St. Juliana Falconieri School. Mrs. Puccini recently celebrated the completion of her Doctorate in Educational Leadership with an emphasis in Innovations in Curriculum and Instruction from the University of St. Mary an exciting milestone that underscores her commitment to excellence in Catholic education. With over twenty years of experience in charter, public and higher education, and a former student of St. Juliana Catholic School, she brings a wealth of knowledge and a heartfelt desire to return to her roots in Catholic education.
Throughout her career, Mrs. Puccini has served in a variety of roles, teacher, instructional coach, assistant principal, interim principal, and university supervisor giving her a comprehensive perspective on teaching, learning, and leading. She is deeply committed to creating environments where all students feel a sense of belonging and are empowered to thrive. A gifted collaborator and creative problem solver, she is known for building strong teams, providing meaningful professional development, and supporting both students and teachers in reaching their fullest potential.
I am confident that Mrs. Puccini’s vision, experience, and faith-driven leadership will guide St. Juliana into an exciting new chapter of success. I am grateful to the search committee for their outstanding work in facilitating a thoughtful and prayerful selection process.
