Volunteer Hours

Family Volunteer Hours are due by APRIL 30, 2025

Click the "online" option below to make a copy of the Volunteer Hours Log in Google Sheets
 
Please click on FILE > MAKE A COPY.  This will create your own copy of the volunteer log, then just rename it with your family name, fill out the form, and "SHARE" to [email protected] when you are ready to submit
 
This version will
  • Allow you to complete and submit your log electronically
  • Choose from a "Volunteer Event" drop-down list
  • Automatically add up hours for you
  • Once complete, please rename with your FAMILY NAME and then "SHARE" to [email protected] to submit your hours
 
Click the "pdf" option below for a pdf version that you can print and complete.
·Please total your hours and include your total amount on the form
·You can submit the completed form (1) to the front office c/o Tami Cooper, or (2) scan and email the completed form to [email protected]
 
Volunteer hours for this school year run from May 1, 2024, to April 30, 2025.
 
Any volunteer hours earned on or after May 1, 2025, will count toward the 2025/2026 school year.

HOT LUNCH CLARIFICATION
SCIENCE CAMP AND WASHINGTON, D.C. 
 
If your child is in 5th or 7th grade and you are volunteering for hot lunch, the hours you contribute will count towards earning money from the fundraiser. However, please note that these hot lunch hours cannot also be counted as regular volunteer hours, as this would be a case of double-dipping, where the same hours are credited towards two benefits.
