Attendance/Tardiness

The school hours are as follows:

7:35 a.m.                            First Bell
7:40 a.m.                            Second Bell/Tardy Bell 

8:50-9:10 a.m.                    KN Recess

9:10-9:30 a.m.                    TK Recess

9:40-10:00 a.m.                  Recess (1st-8th)

11:30-Noon                        TK&K Lunch
11:55 a.m.-12:30 p.m.        Lunch

2:35 p.m.                            Carpool begins

2:45 p.m. 3:00 p.m.            Extended daycare begins

*Extended Daycare is also open from 6:30-7:20 a.m. each morning.

Minimum day schedule: Dismissal at 12:00 p.m.

Office hours on full days are from 7:15 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. and half days from 7:15 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. Students must arrive no later than 7:40 a.m. If a student is tardy six (6) times in a trimester, a detention will result. A child is considered tardy after the 7:40 a.m. bell. All students must stay on the school grounds between 7:40 a.m. and 2:40 p.m. Any student leaving the grounds during school hours must be signed out in the school office by a parent or guardian.

For safety and insurance reasons, we ask that no student arrive at school before 7:20 a.m., and the school will accept no liability for students on the school or parish grounds before that time. This same policy holds true after 3:00 p.m. Any student on school grounds before 7:20 a.m. or after 3:00 p.m. is subject to the Extended Daycare Program and the fee attendant to that program. Parent cooperation on this matter of supervision is mandatory.
